Rubber compounds are mixtures of rubber materials with various additives, fillers, and chemicals to enhance their properties and performance for specific applications. These rubber compoundscan be thought of as the building blocks for any rubber product, and the mixing of compounds is in general the first step in the manufacturing process of a rubber product.
Microcells specializes in formulating masterbatch rubber compounds using eco-friendly materials that incorporate renewable resources such as natural rubber, recycled rubber and bio-based fillers. Our aim is to create sustainable and high-performance compounds while minimizing environmental impact and carbon footprint.Apart from our eco friendly compounds, we are able to offer conventional masterbatch rubber compounds utilizing a range of polymers including NR, SBR, NBR and EPDM.
Equipped with three mixing lines based on intermeshing mixer technology, we have the capabilities to meet your rubber compound requirements for both black and coloured rubber products.
